JP Morgan Appoints New CFO, Exiting CFO To Lead Consumer Lending Business
Recently, JPMorgan Chase & Co (JPM) in an internal memo to employees announced the appointment of a new CFO, Jennifer Piepszak that will take effect on May 1st. She is acting as currently CEO for card services for the bank.
Current CFO Marianne Lake will continue serving the bank in her new role as CEO for consumer lending business, including card services, home lending, and auto finance. Marianne Lake has been associated with the bank since 2012 as CFO. As per reports, she holds a good chance to succeed Jamie Dimon, CEO after his retirement in about four years.
