P&G Employees in Korea Carry Olympic Torch
The Procter & Gamble Company (PG) supplies branded consumer packaged goods to consumers across the globe.
The countdown to the PyeongChang 2018 Winter Olympics is on and for The Procter & Gamble Company, this Olympic Games is surrounded by a lot of excitement. P&G’s Asia_Pacific Region President Magesvaran Suranjan and Hyunju Jeon, a Product Supply Employee, served as Torchbearer’s in the Olympic Torch Relay.
“I had a wonderful time here with the Korea team,” Suranjan said. “It is amazing to have a chance to be part of a historical event of the PyeongChang Olympics. These Olympics are momentous for us. With the partners that we have in the region and great colleagues, we all come together as part of the first of three Olympics in Asia.”
The relay began November 1 to start the 100-day countdown. The relay in South Korea will cover 2,018 kilometers, symbolizing the year of the PyeongChang 2018 Winter Olympics.
