Former Airbus Executive Paul Eremenko named CTO of United Technologies (UTX)
United Technologies Corporation (UTX) creates smart, sustainable solutions that are used to provide high-technology systems and services to both the building and aerospace industries.
Recently, United Technologies Corp. appointed Paul Eremenko as its Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. Eremenko will take the place of J. Michael McQuade who will be retiring.
Eremenko is currently the Chief Technology Officer of Airbus, and in the past has held leadership roles at Google, Motorola Mobility, and DARPA (the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency).

Eremenko will assume his position January 1, 2018.
