China Stock Market Drops & Dow Reacts
China’s stock market dropped significantly lower as the index lost 6.9 percent in the first trading day in 2016. Trading was also halted for the day as a circuit breaker was set off. The fall in China’s market was reported to be related to a report of weak Chinese manufacturing data and negative issues continuing to present themselves in the Middle East.
The Dow is currently off over 400 points as investors react with fear.
Stay focused and seek opportunities as the fear and associated volatility continue to present itself in 2016!
